About one month before your wedding, we connect with you to go over all final details, confirm vendor arrangements, review your timeline, and make sure nothing is overlooked. We’ll gather all the information needed to fully understand your vision so we can execute it seamlessly on your behalf.

On your wedding day, we manage vendor arrivals, oversee setup, and ensure every detail is placed according to plan. We keep the entire day on schedule—from ceremony timing to reception transitions—so you and your wedding party don’t have to think about what’s next.

We coordinate directly with your vendors, troubleshoot any unexpected issues discreetly, and ensure everyone is where they need to be, when they need to be there. Our goal is simple: to protect your time, your peace, and your experience so your day feels smooth, intentional, and stress-free from start to finish.
