Buffet Set-up is as follows:

Assorted Bread Basket

Salad with two dressing options

 

Two meat options

Two side dishes

​

Set up comes with disposable plates, cutlery, and napkins. 

    

Server will set up and prep food service area, service all guest with attention to portion control and menu preference serving style.

Server will breakdown food prep area, remove plates, trash, cups , bottles from guest tables and common areas as needed.

 

When the event is over, the server will package all left over food, clean up and breakdown of food service area.

DRINK SELECTIONS

 2 featured cocktails

 

One red and One white wine option

 

Two beer selections 

(one case of each)   

 

Garnishes, Napkins, Straws, Ice, and Disposable cups.

This Package comes with an Insured  TABC certified bar star, Certified Food Manager, and a server to handle the buffet.  An additional server will help with set-up and breakdown.

​

Package is priced for a 4 hour or less event. Additional hours can be added for an additional fee. 

​

Drinks and food are for parties of 60 guest or less. Additional bottles and cases can be added for an additional fee. All leftover alcohol goes with the client.
